General Admission Guidelines
At Bangladesh English Private School (BEPS), we follow a fair, transparent, and inclusive admission process in line with the UAE Ministry of Education (MOE) and the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Knowledge (RAKDOK) regulations.
We welcome students of all nationalities, abilities, and backgrounds to join our community and learn under the Bangladesh National Curriculum.
- Admissions are open to students who meet the age and eligibility criteria set by RAKDOK and the MOE.
- Admission decisions are made without discrimination based on race, gender, religion, language, or ability.
- Registration for the new academic year begins on 15th November, subject to seat availability.
- Admission is confirmed only after completion of assessments, document verification, and fee payment.
Inclusive Admission
- BEPS is committed to inclusive education and accommodates students with additional learning needs, disabilities, or gifted abilities.
- Parents must submit all relevant medical, psychological, or educational assessments to help the school plan appropriate support.
- In rare cases where the school cannot meet a student’s specific needs, BEPS will assist parents in finding a suitable alternative school.
Age Criteria (as per MOE and RAKDOK)
Age is calculated as of December 31 of the admission year. Grade placement also considers the previous grade completed and academic performance noted in the Transfer Certificate and school reports.

Note: For Grade 2 and above, minimum age is determined by the Transfer Certificate issued by the previous school/curriculum, in line with MOE/RAKDOK guidelines.
Required Documents
At the time of registration, parents must submit the following:
- Completed Admission Form
- Passport copies of the student and parents (with valid UAE residence visa)
- Emirates ID copies (student and parents)
- Birth certificate copy
- Four recent passport-size photos
- Previous school report card / mark sheet
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC), attested as per MOE and RAKDOK requirements
- Vaccination and medical record
Attestation Requirements
- From abroad: Attested by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the UAE Embassy in the country of origin.
- From GCC countries: Attested by the respective Ministry of Education.
- Transfers within the UAE: TC must be attested by MOE / KHDA / ADEK.
Assessment & Placement
- All applicants must undergo a screening or placement assessment appropriate to their age and grade.
- Assessments help determine grade placement and identify any additional learning support required.
- Students transferring between curricula (Grades 9–12) or returning after two or more years of absence will undergo a formal assessment before placement.
Student Registration
- All students are registered on the MOE’s Al Manhal system once admission is confirmed.
- Students must have a valid UAE residence visa and Emirates ID.
- Parents must sign the School-Parent Contract before final admission confirmation.
- Non-UAE transfer students awaiting their Emirates ID may be provisionally registered upon a signed commitment to submit it within the term.
Transfers
- Transfers within the UAE may occur until the first week of Term 3, subject to seat availability.
- Transfers between curricula (especially in Grades 10–12) require an equivalency certificate.
- All transfers are subject to RAKDOK and MOE regulations.
